It's boating season so I thought I would repost one of my favorite paintings. The painting brings back memories of my first outing on the timing boat for the sailboat races. Another thing about this image is the brush work. I think it was one of my first using a combination of palette knife and brush in an more free motion. It defines how I now paint.
