Some advise. If you are a morning person, don't correct, add paint, do anything you really want to preserve AT NIGHT!!!
Just before going to bed, I thought I would add a highlight then brighten the apple a little, see where I"m going? This tree is now growing a watermelon so just look at it upside down or as an abstract. I've learned my lesson, only sketch in the evening. What have you learned today?
